SHIPPING POLICY
1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through https://minvio.com/ (the “Site”) are prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
The Philippines is Minvio’s primary customer market. We may also ship to selected international destinations supported by our fulfillment and shipping partners.
Available shipping destinations and services are shown at checkout. If the Site does not accept an address or provide a shipping option for a destination, we may not currently be able to deliver there.
Shipping availability may change because of carrier coverage, legal restrictions, customs requirements, service interruptions, or operational limitations.
3. SHIPPING FEES AND FREE SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free for an order containing two or more eligible products, unless the checkout, product page, or promotion terms state otherwise.
For an order containing one product, or an order that does not qualify for free shipping, the available shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Shipping fees may depend on the destination, selected service, product quantity, package size or weight, and applicable promotion. Expedited shipping, remote-area surcharges, customs charges, and other destination-specific fees may not be included in a free-shipping offer unless expressly stated.
Free-shipping promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order.
4. ORDER PROCESSING STAGES
Because Minvio products are personalized and made to order, an order normally passes through the following stages before delivery:
• Design preparation: approximately 2–3 days;
• Production and packaging: approximately 2–3 days; and
• Carrier delivery: approximately 6–8 days after dispatch.
The total estimated time from order preparation to delivery is approximately 10–14 days.
These periods begin after payment is confirmed and all personalization information needed to process the order has been received. A delay in submitting images, approving a proof, correcting an address, responding to a customer-service request, or resolving a payment issue may extend the timeline.
5. HOW DELIVERY ESTIMATES ARE CALCULATED
Unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly states otherwise, stated processing and delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
For operational purposes, weekends and public holidays may not count as processing days. Carrier transit practices may vary by destination and service. Orders placed during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or holidays may require additional time.
The estimate shown at checkout or in an order communication may be more specific to your destination and will take priority over a general estimate in this Policy.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DISPATCH
After an order is placed, we may send an order acknowledgement or confirmation to the email address or contact details provided at checkout.
When an order is dispatched, we will normally send a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where tracking is available. It may take time after dispatch for the carrier’s tracking system to display the first update.
7. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND CHANGES
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, and other information requested at checkout.
Minvio is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law. If a parcel is returned, reshipment may require payment of an additional shipping fee. Personalized products may not qualify for a refund solely because the customer supplied an incorrect address.
8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
The carrier may require a signature, telephone contact, identification, or collection from a designated location. The recipient is responsible for following reasonable carrier instructions and arranging collection or redelivery when necessary.
If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses the parcel, does not respond to the carrier, or does not collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or disposed of according to carrier rules and applicable law.
Where a package is returned for a reason not caused by Minvio, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping and non-recoverable carrier costs.
9. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Delivery may be delayed by weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, customs inspections, labor action, transportation disruption, carrier capacity, remote-area access, security screening, public holidays, incomplete documentation, or other events outside our reasonable control.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide available information and assist with an investigation, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date where a delay is caused by such events.
A delay does not automatically make an order eligible for a refund if the order is ultimately delivered within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.
10. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, contact us through live chat or at contact@minvio.com.
11. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, first check the delivery location, mailbox, reception area, household members, building staff, neighbors, and any delivery notice. Some carriers may record delivery shortly before the parcel is physically made available.
If the parcel remains missing, contact us promptly so that we can request available delivery evidence or open a carrier investigation. The outcome will depend on tracking records, proof of delivery, the accuracy of the address, the investigation, applicable law, and our policies.
12. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and included materials, and provide clear photographs or video showing the issue. Do not discard or return the item until we provide instructions.
13. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be inspected by customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other destination-country costs.
Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Minvio does not determine customs decisions or charges and cannot guarantee customs-clearance times.
You are responsible for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance. If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because destination charges were not paid or required information was not provided, non-recoverable shipping, customs, and carrier costs may be deducted from any discretionary refund to the extent permitted by law.
14. TRANSFER OF RISK AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility for loss of or damage to a shipment will be determined under applicable law, the selected shipping arrangement, tracking information, proof of delivery, and the circumstances of the claim.
Nothing in this Policy transfers risk to the customer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer law or excludes responsibility that Minvio cannot lawfully exclude.
15. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS AND POLICY UPDATES
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer laws applicable to you. If this Policy provides less protection than mandatory applicable law, that law will prevail.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our shipping destinations, carriers, fees, processing times, operations, or legal obligations. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date and will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted, except where required by law.
